Three mass-start Score-O (60 min) courses:

"Easy" (white level for less experienced orienteers)
"Medium" (yellow/orange level)
"Hard" (orange/green level - only experienced orienteers)

Note that the Scouts will be participating in Night-O with a mass start at 7 PM and a 1-hour time limit. Everyone else will have a mass start at 7:15 PM. Please allow enough time for parking and to wade through the chaos.  Registration is at White Lodge, just up the hill from the main parking lot at 1 Nobscot Rd.

  • Registration at 6:30 PM
  • Maps distributed to runners at about 7:00 PM
  • Mass start: 7:15 PM
  • 1 hour time limit, 10 points/minute late penalty.

For safety, carry a back-up flashlight.
To avoid overtime penalty, carry a watch.

Note to experienced orienteers: This will be an "old-school" event, using paper cards and pin-punches. Leave your finger-stick/dibber at home.

Registration and Payment

Registration will be on-site with paper safety/punch cards.  Non-members may bring exact cash or are encouraged to pre-pay with a credit card here:

Fees

Members Orienteer Free

Non-members: $10 adult, $5 juniors (7-21 yrs), < 7 free. Pay on-site with exact cash or pre-pay using link above.

Groups: $20 plus $2 per person. Groups not already registered for Scout-O must pre-register by contacting the meet director.
