This is peak season for fall foliage tourism in New England.
We recommend booking accommodations early, or consider staying farther from the park in larger urban areas (Hartford, CT; Springfield or Worcester, MA).

Camping

There are four campground options near the park.

• Wells State Park
• Sturbridge RV Resort
• Oak Haven Campground
• Mashamoquet Brook State Park has primitive camping available.
