On a hot, moist evening we had a good turnout for the second sprint of the summer, with an interesting and very welcome range of experience at this new, popular form of O-racing. The distance, number of controls, and flatness of the course were typical of sprints; the placement of control markers off-trail was not, and the latter plus the muggy weather made for slower times than usual for a 3K race.
